Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with Natchitoches Pecans is easy. Simply go to our Online Store; you only have to register once and you can do so before or after you fill your shopping cart. (We can also accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail - see below for more information)

Finding Items

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. You will find links to browse categories and products within categories.  When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product information page and "add to cart" button.

Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and if you need delivery quicker than UPS ground service or by the United States Postal Service then indicate your shipment service in the comments section. Please include street address for UPS.

Specify desired delivery date. We will make every effort to have your order delivered just as you request. Christmas orders will be shipped the second week of December unless specified otherwise.

Prices include free ground shipping for the Continental USA only.

Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Visa, check, money order, or cashier's check denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Make check and money orders payable to "Natchitoches Pecans." Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders must be prepaid.

Tracking Your Order

If you think your order should've been delivered already, contact us and we will track your order if it was shipped via UPS.

Order by Mail, Fax, or Phone

Simply pick the items you want with the shopping cart and complete the order form at check out. Then print the form and mail it with your payment.

At Natchitoches Pecans, our prices already include standard ground shipping within the 48 continental United States.

Most items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Every item on the web site is available, unless noted otherwise. If an item is ever out of stock, you will be notified and have the opportunity to cancel your order. Delivery time is normally 5 to 8 business days. Faster delivery is available at an additional charge for most items. Please email: nuts@natchitochespecans.com for details.

What happens if I order by December 15 and the order doesn't reach my designated ship to address until after December 25?

December 15 is only a recommended date that assumes there will be no delays, scheduling problems, holiday backlogs, or other impediments created by 3rd party shippers (UPS or USPS). Therefore, since these 3rd party delays are outside the control of Natchitoches Pecans, Inc., we cannot guarantee delivery dates. However, as indicated above faster delivery is available at an additional charge.

What if I provided an incorrect address when placing my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses. And we are not responsible for re-shipping charge when an incorrect address is given. However, we will be happy to re-ship and bill you for the additional shipping charge.

How to order by US Mail or pay with a check or money order:

Simply pick the items you want with the shopping cart and complete the order form at check out. Then print the form and mail it with your payment.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary. Gift tins may vary in design. Chocolate products are only avialable October through March. Substitutions for chocolate can be made April through September.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may send it back for a refund or replace your order at your request. However, you must call or email to arrange a return confirmation before you ship the item back, so that we can insure you are shipping it to the correct address.
