First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. You will find links to browse categories and products within categories. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product information page and "add to cart" button.
Orders may be shipped by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please include street address and add building or suite number for commercial addresses. We will make every effort to have your order delivered just as you request. We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses.
Our prices include free ground shipping for the Continental USA only with the following exceptions: Effortless Nut Cracker, Pecan Oil, Pecan Favorites Cookbook, Neighborhood Soy Candles, and Clementine Hunter. These items cannot be ordered individually but can be combined with another item.
Most items are shipped within 2 business days of placing order. Delivery time is normally 3 to 8 business days once order is shipped. Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays are not considered business days, so keep this in mind when calculating delivery time. Faster delivery is available for additional charges.
Payment Methods We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, check, money order, or cashier's check denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Make check and money orders payable to "Little Eva Pecan Co." Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders must be prepaid.

Christmas and Holiday Shipping
What happens if I order by December 12 and the order doesn't reach my designated ship to address until after December 25?
Christmas orders will ship the second week of December unless specified otherwise.
Due to volume of packages that are shipped across the United States in December, web orders must be placed by December 12 in order to be shipped for Christmas delivery at published web prices. Orders placed after December 12 can be upgraded to be received by Christmas at customer's request with the following stipulation - a $20 surcharge per address in addition to actual 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air charges if applicable will be added to published web prices. Otherwise all packages will ship either regular UPS ground or USPS Priority in the order as they were received by December 24.
What if I provided an incorrect address when placing my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery of incorrect or insufficient addresses nor are we are responsible for the re-shipping charges when an incorrect address is given. An additional $10 plus reshipping charges will be applied to your credit card or billed to you when returned packages are reshipped.
We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary. Gift tins may vary in design. Chocolate products are only available October through March. Substitutions for chocolate can be made April through September.
If for any reason one of our products fail to meet your expectations, simply notify us within 10 days, return the order, and we will refund your money or replace the order at your request.
